These terms govern the service provided by CatchLead Ltd, trading as HireTrigger ("we", "us"), company no. 17079928, to the client who engages us ("you").
We identify companies showing hiring signals relevant to your trade and territory, identify the person responsible for the hire, and conduct outreach on your behalf with the aim of booking calls between you and that person.
The standard engagement is $1,950 per month for ten qualified calls.
A qualified call means a scheduled call between you and a person who holds hiring authority at a company matching the trade and territory agreed at the start of the engagement.
These do not count toward the ten: a call the prospect cancels and will not rebook; a call you cancel or fail to attend; or a company you have listed as excluded.
If we deliver fewer than ten in a month, the shortfall carries into the following month at no extra charge, and continues to carry until delivered or the engagement ends. We do not charge more for exceeding ten.
For as long as you are a client, we will not provide this service to another staffing agency in the same trade and territory as agreed with you in writing. This obligation ends when your engagement ends.
Fees are payable monthly in advance. There is no minimum term and no notice period — cancel at any time and the engagement ends at the close of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refundable, but any accrued shortfall will be delivered before the engagement closes.
We book calls. We do not guarantee that any call results in a job order, a placement, or revenue — that depends on your service, pricing and sales ability, which are outside our control. We make no representation about any specific commercial outcome.
Outreach is sent from domains and infrastructure we own, not yours. We comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable data protection law, and we honour every opt-out permanently. We will refuse any instruction that would breach those obligations, including sending from your domain, contacting suppressed addresses, or misrepresenting who is sending.
Neither party will disclose the other's confidential information. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy notice. Where we process personal data on your instruction we do so as your processor under a data processing agreement, available on request.
Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Neither party is liable for loss of profit, business or data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms and will tell you at least 30 days before a change affecting a live engagement. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
